Our private lessons offer fully personalized English learning designed specifically for you. Each session focuses on your goals, your pace, and your learning style, allowing you to improve quickly and confidently. Whether you need support with speaking, grammar, writing, pronunciation, interviews, or everyday communication, your lessons are customized to match exactly what you need. Students will benefit from: – One-on-one attention and individualized feedback – A custom study plan based on your goals – Focused practice to strengthen speaking and listening – Targeted grammar and vocabulary improvement – Real-life situations tailored to your needs (work, school, travel, etc.) Private lessons are ideal for students who: – Want faster progress with personal guidance – Prefer a quiet, flexible, and comfortable learning environment – Need English for specific purposes (jobs, exams, interviews, travel) – Learn better with individualized support rather than group classes Achieve your goals faster with lessons created just for you.
Group Class Booking Policy
(Applies to all 1-on-1 private lessons) 1. Attendance Requirements – Students are expected to join private classes on time. – Late arrivals will result in a shorter lesson; the class still counts as attended. – Private classes run for the scheduled duration only and cannot extend beyond the booked time. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Private classes require advance notice. – Classes may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. – Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before class are considered attended. – Same-day cancellations, late cancellations, or missed classes are not refundable and not transferable. 3. No-Show Policy A “no-show” occurs when a student does not attend a scheduled private lesson. – No-shows are non-refundable. – No make-up class or credit will be provided. – The lesson is considered fully used. 4. Class Conduct & Expectations To ensure effective 1-on-1 instruction, students must: – Participate respectfully and attentively – Use appropriate audio/video when requested – Follow teacher guidance during the session Sora Academy reserves the right to end a lesson early if conduct is disruptive or inappropriate. The class will still count as attended. 5. Technical Requirements – Students are responsible for their internet connection, device, audio, and video setup. – Technical issues on the student’s side do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling. – If Sora Academy experiences a technical issue: – The class may be extended, rescheduled, or replaced at Sora Academy’s discretion. 6. Class Access & Membership Status – An active private-class plan or booking is required to attend. – If payment fails or expires, access pauses automatically. – Classes resume once payment is resolved. 7. Teacher Cancellations If the teacher must cancel: – The student will be notified as early as possible. – The class will be rescheduled or credited in full. – Additional materials may be provided if appropriate. 8. Policy Agreement By booking or attending a private lesson, the student agrees to: – This private class booking policy – Sora Academy’s conduct standards – All applicable payment and membership terms Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
