Service Description

This course is perfect for students who are starting their English journey or returning to the basics with a fresh start. In our Beginner level, students learn the fundamentals step-by-step through simple explanations, guided practice, and real-life communication. Every class helps you build confidence while learning useful vocabulary, clear pronunciation, and the building blocks of English grammar. Students will learn to: – Understand and use common everyday phrases – Introduce themselves and talk about familiar topics – Build basic sentence structure correctly – Improve pronunciation and listening comprehension – Communicate simple ideas in real situations This class is ideal for students who: – Have little to no English experience – Understand a few words but want to speak full sentences – Want a comfortable, supportive environment to build confidence – Need English for daily life, travel, or future study Start your English journey with strong foundations and steady progress.

Group Class Booking Policy

(Applies to all group levels: A1–A2, B1–B2, C1–C2) 1. Attendance Requirements – Students should join class on time. – Late arrivals may miss part of the lesson, but the session still counts as attended. – Consistent participation helps maintain progress and class flow. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Group classes follow a fixed weekly schedule. – Individual class sessions cannot be rescheduled to a different time. – If you miss a class, you may attend the next scheduled lesson. – No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions are provided for missed classes. This applies to all absence types (internet issues, emergencies, schedule conflicts, etc.). 3. No-Show Policy A “no-show” is when a student does not attend a booked group class. – No-shows are not refundable. – No credits or class transfers are offered. – Students may continue attending future classes normally. 4. Class Conduct & Behavior To maintain a supportive learning environment, students must: – Participate respectfully – Use appropriate video/audio – Follow teacher instructions – Avoid disruptive behavior Sora Academy may remove students who repeatedly disrupt class or violate conduct rules. 5. Technical Requirements – Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, working audio/video, and a functional device. – Sora Academy is not responsible for student-side technical failures. – If Sora Academy experiences a technical issue: – The class may be extended, rescheduled, or a replacement session provided. 6. Class Access & Membership Status – You must have an active membership to attend group classes. – If your membership expires or payment fails, class access will pause automatically. – Access is restored once payment is updated. 7. Teacher Cancellations If the teacher must cancel or reschedule: – Students will be notified as early as possible, – The class will be rescheduled or replaced, – Additional materials may be provided if needed. 8. Policy Agreement By booking or attending any Sora Academy group class, the student agrees to: – These booking and attendance rules – The group class structure – The membership terms – Sora Academy’s student conduct standards Attendance confirms acceptance of these terms.
